About The Theatre

Our Mission

Our Instructors

Our Instructors

The Theatre, is for everyone! Here we gather, as humans always have, in a place for seeing, reflecting, and visioning. We believe that peace is cultivated in community; we grow together through embodied, ongoing attention and care. To this end, we offer coaching, classes, and positive conversations to support you in developing your creative self in connection with others. Join us!

Our Instructors

Our Instructors

Our Instructors

Our instructors are deeply trained in:

relaxation techniques, which are applied to teaching acting, voice and speech, alignment and yoga,  Shakespeare, storytelling, and public speaking.

All instruction is "trauma-informed" and aims to foster health and wholeness while promoting freedom of creative expression.

Our Approach

Our Approach

You have a story -- the act of telling it transforms you and your listeners -- and, that telling is fundamentally an act of generosity.

We are all storytellers -- Join us to discover your personal ways of telling your stories and sharing your experience, thereby deepening meaning  and renewing purpose in your precious life.
